future children,

I've spent a lot of time with my family this summer, and I realized a nice piece of symmetry in my dad's side of the family. My dad's oldest sister, Heather, has six boys, no girls (excluding in-laws).My dad's youngest sister, April, had six girls, no boys (also excluding in-laws).And if I had to choose between all girls or all boys, I'm not really sure which way I'd go. But then, I don't have to choose - and whoever you are, we'll have a good time when you get here, okay?

love you,

- your awesome mom

  1. Brittney you are STILL adorable and witty. I can't wait to see you at the end of the summer! You're my favorite!

  2. You will be a darling mother. :D
ha ha you should also note- Heather's oldest- Jake- his first kid was a boy and April's oldest- Morgan (me)- her first kid was a girl! So ironic. ha ha
(P.s I totally made it on your blog! YES!!) Lots of love!

  3. And the award for the biggest "Aaaaawwwww" goes to...Brittney! (Also called the "Aaaaaaawwwwwwward."

  4. Boys are the best. This is an old photo of us. Nick just getting home from his mission. He has been home almost five years! Plus we added Ashley to the family and 2 grandkids.

I can't tell you how I find the girl joy though others (no choice). April's kids are almost like mine. Thanks for thinking of us. We love you in our family and sharing time together. We have had great times to remember (Sacheen lake, opal hunting, boating and lots of eating). To the future mom Brittney you have great parents who have given you you the skills.Hold on it will be a wild ride, but worth it. XOXO
